Zapr is an application which lets you create links to any files on your PC. You can then send these links to friends (via email or IM) and they can get the files directly from your computer via their browser. Why use Zapr? There is no file size restrictions, no uploading, no attachments, and no charge with Zapr. It’s simple, fast and secure.

A P2P service that allows access to your files by creating proxy urls through their service. You distribute the urls to your audience who can then retrieve the file directly from your computer. No web hosting necessary. Currently the site has no privacy restrictions on the urls, but that is coming. Once that happens it will be truly useful.
