真的是非常清楚的比較了 Wiki 和以 email 之間處理事情的差別。 這個部份目前我想到比較好的 solution 應該還是 Backpack (http://backpackit.com) ,不過要花上不少錢。最近 DokuWiki 的 OpenOffice 的 plugin 更新了,應該來試試。
