Secure virtual volumes for Windows and Linux.
See also:
  • ScramDisk also supports TrueCrypt volumes. Available on Linux and Windows (though it is no longer developed on Windows). So the Linux version can be used as a simple GUI for TrueCrypt
  • FreeOTFE (Windows, Linux and Windows Mobile). More complex to set up and manage than TrueCrypt but the support for Windows Mobile might be of interest
