Jolimont Capital is a secondary private equity investor. We acquire existing private equity positions from institutions, corporates, other venture capital funds and private investors.
There is a growing demand from private equity investors to sell their investments before they achieve a natural exit via an IPO or trade sale. Rather than wait for an outcome which may take years, the original investor may want to access their locked away capital and also eliminate any commitments to provide follow-on capital.
