鸡蛋中含有丰富的营养,调至面糊中即增加营养又增加香味,短短几分钟速制鸡蛋饼,简单营养的早餐就做成了,心动了吧。
用料
鸡蛋
韭菜末
芝麻
全麦粉
盐
做法
鸡蛋放入碗中打散,面粉放入容器中,加入蛋液、盐、芝麻调成稀糊,再加入韭菜末调匀。在锅中抹油烧热,倒入面糊平摊开,小火煎至两面金黄色盛出装盘即可。
小贴士
韭菜末也可换成葱花,煎后可以卷菜同食。调成稀糊时缓慢搅动,避免面糊中有疙瘩产生哦
