Here it is. Magadine - the magazine style fixed width wordpress theme.

Basic Requirement for installing theme:
This theme uses plugin which enables you to show number of times a post/page had been viewed. The plugin is called WP-PostViews 1.20 which could be downloaded from here

How to get images in the home page blocks?
Well the width and height of the images on the home page is 90px by 90px. While performing below process my visual rich editor was off.

Now add some short text in the excerpt. I have used 100 characters and it gives a very neat look. I have used above process to get the look for home page but if you have any better one then do let me know.
