1.自行车式仰卧起坐:曲膝仰面躺下,双手交叉,置于脑后,贴近地面;抬高右手肘右肩,尽量去碰左膝,再躺下。相反方向如法重复。
2.桥式:脚尖和手掌支撑地面,腹部和头抬离地面,保持平衡至少一分钟,肚脐眼用力向脊椎方向吸进去,后背尽量挺直。
