Public Sticky notes
Here are over 200 services that can bookmark and share! This without counting the +250 digg clones!
What's so great about SOCIAL bookmarks is that it creates a people powered search engine. Even if you don't use these services to bookmark you can use these for searching, the more a web page is bookmarked the more popular!
This listing, I hope, may help you find the right social bookmarking service and understand the different kinds that can bookmark, exempt for some Specialized bookmarking, I limited the list to HTML web pages, not other formats like media type or rss bookmarking.

It's Diigo.com.
The author hopes, that Diigo soon upgrades its wysiwig-sticky-note-annotation-engine by a wysiwig-wiki-annotation-engine. Any experience, with other social annotating communities?
